What is a rental day?

A rental day is defined as exactly 24 hours. So, if you pick up your vehicle at 9 am and return it at 8:45 am the following day, you will be charged for one day. However, if you return the car at midday the next day, you will have gone into another 24-hour period, so you will be charged for two days. We understand that things don't always go to plan so, if you are running a few minutes late, we won't charge you for an extra day; we give you a grace period of up to 25 minutes to cover unforeseen delays.

What should I know before picking up my vehicle?

Before you drive away, we recommend you: check the vehicle for existing damage, confirm the fuel quantity, understand your breakdown cover, and familiarize yourself with the car's functions and controls. We ask all our customers to video the car and return it in the same condition and we accept their video as a proof .


What if I have a problem during my rental, like a flat tyre or an accident?

Breakdown cover is included 24/7 in your rental. If you can safely replace a flat tyre yourself, that would save you time waiting, or you have the option to stay in a safe area and wait for the breakdown service to attend. Please refer to your rental agreement for full details and contact numbers.
